The awards, now in their fifth year, are an annual, national competition among colleges and universities that are signatories of the American College & University Presidents' Climate Commitment (ACUPCC). DENTON (UNT), Texas – For the fifth consecutive year the University of North Texas is participating in the RecycleMania Tournament, a friendly national competition for college and university recycling programs.
The competition runs from Feb. 3 through March 29. UNT Sustainability, the Union Program Council and UNT Eco-Reps will host on-campus RecycleMania events, including a residence hall recycling competition.
DENTON, TX – In an effort to reduce waste, improve hygiene, and save money, 12 Dyson Airblades have been installed in the Environmental Education, Science & Technology (EESAT) Building on the campus of the University of North Texas. In the coming months, UNT can expect 13 additional hand dryers to be installed in the Pohl Recreation Center.
